Application Form
Before you attend a FarmReady registered course, complete and lodge an Application Form:
- Answer all of the questions on the Application Form
- Submit the completed Application Form at least 5 working days before your course starts
- Each form is for one person to attend one course – use separate forms for each person and each course
Pre-Approval must be granted before the start of the course in order to receive a FarmReady Reimbursement Grant. The applicant is solely responsible for any outlays made before receiving Pre-Approval.
Enrol and pay for the course with the Training Provider directly as FarmReady does not conduct any training.

Claim FormAfter you have successfully completed the FarmReady approved course you have nominated:
- Complete a Claim Form
- Attach your evidence of completion (certificate), tax invoice and proof of payment (receipt) from the course, plus receipts for any associated costs you wish to claim
- Submit the Claim Form and all the supporting documents to FarmReady within 30 days of the end of the course

Tip: To type your information into these forms, save the Word or RTF form to your computer (Desktop is easy to find again), fill in the form, save again and either print off or attach to an e-mail
Note:
- Forms must be submitted by the person attending the course or their employer. Forms cannot be submitted by a Training Provider
- Training Providers are welcome to link to this page from their own websites, but may not copy these files to a website.
