Course Description:
Four day leadership training course developed by Merino SA and the Australian Association of Merino Breeders to develop leaderships skills and networks of the future Merino industry leaders. All participants will travel to Clare, SA, where they will stay at the Clare Country Club for the week.
Sessions are delivered by Rural Directions Pty Ltd, a local agribusiness consultancy who has delivered Breeding Leadership in 2006 and 2008.
After attending this course participants will have sound leadership skills that will enable them to become enthusiastic, influential, dynamic and dedicated leaders within the Merino Breeders industry, their businesses and communities.
