Course Description:

This course will increase the awareness of grapegrowers to the effects of climate change on bunchzone temperatures and how this affects grape quality. The technique of Bunchzone Temperature Monitoring will be hands-on trained with small affordable electronic dataloggers and the knowledge will enable a change in management practices for higher grape quality and better sustainability.
