This 3 day workshop will take you through the process of developing climate risk management strategies for an agricultural enterprise. It covers researching climate and enterprise data, analysing and interpreting climate and enterprise data, preparing risk management strategies and integrating climate risk and opportunities for management strategies at a business management level.
