Course Description:

This course covers the process of developing a farm plan for a rural enterprise to reflect organic, biodynamic and biological farming principles. The philosophy of the farm business will be explored with the view to produce environmentally friendly produce for the growing organic and biodynamic market. The total duration of the training program is 24 hours of classroom training (4 x 6 hr sessions) along with self paced study.
