Understanding Grain Markets II (UGM) is a one day workshop designed specifically for growers and contains information that can have immediate bottom line benefits.
UCM II workshop will build on the UGM I themes and deliver greater detail on:
- Hedging grain using swap and cash contracts and risks/rewards of both.
- Developing a methodology to model and manage crop production and market exposure position risk
- Developing a methodology to model and manage price volatility and basis risk.
